At AC Ghana, we are committed to delivering your air conditioners and related products safely and efficiently. This Delivery Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and terms regarding product delivery across Ghana.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Ghana, including major cities such as Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, and others.
Delivery to certain remote areas may take longer or incur additional fees depending on location and accessibility.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Greater Accra Region: 1–2 working days

  • Other Regions: 2–3 working days
    Delivery timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and payment received (for prepaid orders).
    Please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and external factors such as weather or transportation delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees vary based on your location, order size, and product weight.

  • Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  • From time to time, AC Ghana may offer free delivery promotions for selected products or areas.

4. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking or delivery information (if applicable).

5. Delivery Procedure

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Our delivery team or logistics partner will contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

  • Upon delivery, you may be required to sign or provide identification to acknowledge receipt of the product.

6. Missed Deliveries

If our delivery team is unable to reach you at the scheduled time:

  • We will attempt a second delivery at no additional cost (within Accra).

  • For locations outside Accra, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Orders not successfully delivered within 7 days may be cancelled or returned to our warehouse.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect all products upon delivery before signing off.

  • Check for visible damage or missing items.

  • If you notice any issues, please report them immediately to the delivery personnel or contact our support team.

  • Once you sign to confirm receipt, the product is considered delivered in good condition.

8. Installation Services

AC Ghana offers professional installation for air conditioners and related products.

  • Installation fees are not included in the delivery charge unless stated otherwise.

  • Installation appointments can be scheduled through our customer service team after delivery.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen events such as bad weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions may cause delays.
In such cases, AC Ghana will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

10. International Deliveries

Currently, Ac-Ghana.com delivers within Ghana only. For international orders or exports, please contact us directly for assistance.
