At AC Ghana, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality air conditioners and related products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging materials are intact.
The product shows no signs of damage or tampering.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, incorrect installation, or power fluctuations.
Special order or custom-made products.
Consumable parts (e.g., filters, accessories, remote controls) are once opened.
If you wish to return an item:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and arrange pickup or drop-off instructions.
Once received, the product will be inspected by our quality assurance team.
If approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, mobile money, or card payment).
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect after approval.
Deductions: Delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable. If applicable, a small restocking fee may be deducted.
If a product is delivered damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We will arrange for an inspection or replacement at no additional cost.
If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, a free replacement or full refund will be provided.
Customers may exchange products for a different model or brand, subject to:

All products sold by AC Ghana come with manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims should be directed through AC Ghana’s support team, who will assist with coordination between you and the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or physical damage.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return, and applicable delivery or handling fees will apply.
